Today's Line - Mama Said There Would be Days Like This...

I can't even explain it so I won't even try. I completely whiffed on this weekend. A combined 12-18 is horrible. I could use the excuse that Saturday in college football was one of the strangest day that the sport has seen in quite a while. I could also point out that Carolina failed to cover by a half a point, the best defense in the NFL (KC) gave up 30+ points including a winning TD drive late in the fourth, or the fact that Detroit can't beat the worst team in the NFC. I also won't mention that teams like VCU and FSU sleepwalked through their games on Sunday and Michigan pulled a Florida Gators and lost to an inferior team.

Nope I'm not going to use any of that as an excuse. I'm going to move on and try and start the week off on a good foot. So with that here we go...

Let's get started with a win here in College Basketball:

UIC @ San Diego (-390): We all know how bad UIC is. They are 1-3 and ranked in the basement of all major statistics. San Diego on the other hand is 5-0 ranked 71st in rebounds and 60th in field goal percentage. This is a clear example of one team, UIC, being completely outmatched by another. San Diego wins.
