CBB:
South Carolina @ Kent State (5.5): S. Carolina is a pretty bad team picked to finish in the Mid Eastern Conference basement. Kent State on the other hand is quite the upstart team with a quality win against Temple and almost beating Seaton Hall. Look for Golden Flashes to win cover easily.
Towson @ Kansas (-17): Make no mistake Towson is a good team. Jerome Hairston and Jerrelle Benimon are great players that can put up pints in a hurry. Problem is Kansas has 7 guys like these two. Look for Towson to keep it close in the first half but Kansas' talent will be too much to overcome in the second.
Morehead St @ UCLA (-15.5): Morehead St just isn't very good. They got crushed by Xavier who's not even ranked. UCLA is playing really good basketball lately. Look for them to crush Morehead which is basically a home game for them.
NHL:
Islanders @ Penguins (-215): Pittsburgh is on a 2 game win streak playing at home. The Islanders just aren't that very good on the road with a 3-7 mark. Pens take care of business at home.
