Today's Line - A Penny Saved...

Well folks a 9-5 day usually means a profit but for me I only made a penny. Reason being is because I bet too many ML. Looking over my losses I made some really dumb mistakes. 

One I confused Iowa and Purdue and bet the spread not the ML on Purdue and then once I saw they lost I got scared and only bet the ML on Iowa which of course they covered the spread easily. Secondly I should have never bet the OU/OSU game that was too big of a rivalry to mess with. Thirdly I knew the Clippers were a dumpster fire since Reddick has been out and both Chris Paul and Doc Rivers are saying things to the media that should be left in the locker room. The other two losses I will own. I was wrong about Mizzouri and well Kansas got beat on a buzzer shot. What are you gonna do? 

I need to stay focused and not bet scared. With that he we go...records have been updated.

One CBB game today:

Oklahoma (-5.5) @ George Mason: The Sooners only loss was to then #1 MSU. They may not e ready for prime time but they sure know how to take care of the cupcakes. George Mason qualifies as a cupcake with their 5-3 record that includes losses to Iona and Princeton. They rank close to last in points per game and assists, Oklahoma on the other hand rank 13th and 29th respectively. Look for the Sooners to score and score often and cruise in the second half.

NFL:

In the past the NFL has been my Achilles heel going 0-6 last week and 33-38 in the last 90 days. I must be doing something wrong here. So you might want to fade these...

Chiefs (-2.5) @ Skins: Washington is a mess right now and the Chiefs are looking to get back on track. Look for KC to be more physical than the Skins and win by 3 at least.

Vikings @ Ravens (-277): The Ravens need this win to stay alive in for the playoffs. The Vikings not so much. This will play out much like the Chiefs Skins game. Ravens will be more physical running the ball and not let the Vikings get back in the game like the Bears did on Turkey Day.

Browns @ Pats (-493): Pats at home is a lock.

2 Team Teaser: Colts (+13) @ Bengals and OVER (36) Huge AFC battle with playoff implications. This game will be close with a lot of points scored.

Raiders @ Jets OVER (39.5): All they need to do is score in the 20's. Come on Rex let's get it done!

Panthers @ Saints OVER (46.5): Both teams have terrific offenses and as we saw on Monday night the Saints can be exposed. Look for both teams to score a little more then the Raiders and Jets and this one covers in the 4th.
