I've about lost all my bankroll, but I'm not going to do anything reckless. Steady as she goes.
Going with the hometown heroes today a road dog in the NFLand some ice. I probably should have taken the Nats as an emotional hedge but couldn't bring myself to it. I'm after the double fun of betting and wining on the home team.
I'm still working out this hockey system which apart from last night been pretty good to me on paper. I'm excited to see what happens the rest of the week.
I like what I hear out of Philly. I think the Eagles are saying and doing all the right things and Carson Wentz is a good fit for that team and I see him growing as a leader. They certainly have the players to beat Carolina, something tells me this is going to be a shootout but I haven't been seeing the ball really well lately so I'm not going to act on my feelings.
What I can act on is data; and Philly is better than Carolina in almost every stat that I pay attention to. I can't say I'm paying attention to the right stats this year...but last year's NFL system worked out pretty well so I'm rolling with it this year.
